Dear Members of the Hungarian Cricket Community,
As you know, we are approaching the 2018 HCA Board Elections. Based on the increased activities of HCA and the 2016 articles of association the new Board should now consist of seven members. As the current board member’s tenure expires this year all seven board member positions will have to be filled. The elected board members on their first meeting will elect the chairman, traditionally the chairman will be one of the Hungarian board members.
Here is the timeline for the election process, we are expecting nominations from any interested parties who would like to participate in the development of Hungarian cricket.
The process and dates of the election will commence as the following:
27nd November final eligible voters list published
29th November Future of Hungarian Cricket Presentation
7th December(midnight) new candidates application deadline
14th December new candidates’ names are made public
21th December (midnight) deadline for votes – VIA GOOGLE FORM here: http://hungary4cricket.com/en/candidates-voting-form-hca-elections-2018
22nd December new board members names announced (top seven candidates with most votes)
We encourage all HCA members who have a passion for the game and/or are interested in developing Hungarian cricket to put their names forward as potential candidates.

IMPORTANT! ELIGIBLE VOTING LIST!
The current board decided that eligible voters are those players who were registered in 2017, played at least one game in the league and who are still living in Hungary at the time of the election.
Based on the League Committee records we kindly request all Club Captains to double check the list of their eligible players and submit the confirmed list to Fanni before 27th Nov 2018. Should any team miss this deadline, their players will be excluded from the voting.
